Yes, I'm having a catchup day with Library 2.0. After my triumph with flickr, I felt compelled to keep going. Mainly so I can get on to LibraryThing next week which is what I'm really interested in.
I do visit quite a few blogs every day though so rss seems like a more efficient way of keeping track of what's new.
I think this is my Bloglines URL,
http://www.bloglines.com/public/lb
It's not really clear how to save it so it may not work.

Flickr

Well, I've chosen a picture. I'm not sure how I got it on here but I have and I just hope I can do it again some day. This is Spike's Bookclub from the Flickr site.
I chose a picture of one of my favourite books and a beautiful cat who obviously has excellent taste. I only wish my Abby was as cultured. She has absorbed a lot of literature though through sitting on my lap in our reading chair as I've read the great works of English Literature - and a lot of murder mysteries as well. We've also watched every adaptation available on DVD of Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre and I have to say Timothy Dalton is a wonderful Rochester but only an average Heathcliff. Maybe my next post will be on the relative merits of all of these?
Much more sedate
Well, after 3 weeks of doing nothing, I've finally got back to it and changed the entire look of the blog. Hated that pink colour but couldn't find a way to change it. I changed every other colour on the page but couldn't find a way to change the background. So, I changed the template and have gone for a minimalist look as you can see.

It wasn't that hard after all...
Well, Paul was right, even I could set up a blog in 10 minutes. Not sure about the colour, purple wasn't an option, but pink will do until I can work out how to change it.
The name of my blog is obvious to anyone who knows me, so if you're a fan of the classics, Austen, Bronte, Dickens, Wharton, Trollope, Hardy, you've come to the right place.
